Acceptance Test and Quality Assurance Services

CTL provides complete acceptance and quality assurance testing services to purchasers of power and control cables. Upon request, we can provide final expert in-progress inspection at domestic and foreign manufacturing plants. Each CTL supervisor has over 20 years of experience in the manufacture and testing of power and control cables.
To ensure that the delivery of power cables is in accordance with customer and industry requirements, CTL provides testing services to power utilities not conducting incoming tests of their own. When using this service, the utility may select samples from each reel of cable for testing at CTL. Depending on the outcome of independent evaluations, the utility will accept or reject the cable. Results of tests at CTL are communicated promptly so as not to delay the shipment of cable. Frequently utilized by most of our customers, this service has been essential to success on many occasions.
